SDSU's softball team won its third consecutive one-run game with a 2-1 win over MWC foe New Mexico yesterday at SDSU.
The Aztecs (40-15, 12-5) are one win shy of tying the school record for wins.
SDSU scored both runs in the third and Christina Ross gave up just five hits in a complete-game win.
